Nutrition for Mental and Physical Health
Nutrition greatly effects the way we feel, look, and even think. I am a life long practitioner of healthy eating and exercise and believe that it is not possible to feel our best if we are not eating well. What I coach and aspire to is not perfection, but rather health, enjoyment and a natural relationship with nutritious whole natural foods. I offer counseling services to deal with eating disorders, weight loss, and a healthy life style.
