Individual Counseling
We don’t have to do it all alone. We were never meant to.
Individual Counseling
“How can we expect someone to give up a way of seeing and understanding the world that has physically, cognitively, or emotionally kept them alive? None of us is ever able to part with our survival strategies without significant support and the cultivation of replacement strategies.”
Dr. Brene Brown
Each therapist in our collective offers individual counseling; what you think of when you typically hear “therapy”. These one-on-one counseling sessions are meant to give you the space to talk and process your life events, current circumstances, stressors, ect. Many of our our clients suffer from anxiety and depression but often some just want to seek more depth and understanding about themselves. Individual work is meant to help us in our skill building, inspire us to make changes, process life events more deeply, and so much more.
Our Approach
Every therapist has a different approach to therapy but we all share the same ideals and values for our practice. We take a client-centered-approach, aka you are the expert in your own life and we are just here to help with guidance, empathy, and perspective giving. No one knows you better than you, we expect that you are coming in for a reason and we hope to create confidence within yourself to reach your goals.
At Origin Wellness Collective we all firmly believe in holistic healing, meaning we care for the physical body, emotional well-being, and your spiritual health. Healing is a highly individualized process and never looks the same for two people. We value your story and your life experiences and we will tailor your therapy experience to fit your needs.
