  • Joy Nalywaiko

Joy brings a deep passion for holistic healing and personal transformation to her clinical work. Drawing from her own healing journey after a traumatic event, she discovered her purpose: to empower others to grow and heal from trauma, reconnect with themselves, and live more fulfilling lives.

With professional experience working with a variety of clients, Joy specializes in supporting women navigating mid-life transitions, perimenopause, and menopause. For clients of all ages and backgrounds, she provides a safe, empathetic space to process trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. Her approach integrates therapeutic techniques with compassion, humor, and mindfulness practices.

Joy’s past work as a hypno-coach combined nature-based coaching, hypnotherapy, and somatic practices to help clients release stored emotional and physical tension. Through gentle movement, mindfulness, and subconscious work, she supports individuals in uncovering limiting beliefs, reprogramming thought patterns, and developing emotional balance.

Her professional training includes master’s level coursework in counseling, certifications in hypnotherapy from the Hypnotherapy Training Institute, and nature-connected coaching, accredited at the ACC level with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a registered yoga teacher, specializing in trauma-informed practices such as Hatha Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and Ashtanga yoga. Additionally, Joy incorporates expertise in Laughter Yoga and guided meditations to create a welcoming environment where clients can explore their truths and find healing.

Having spent much of her life living abroad, Joy brings a multicultural perspective to her practice. She has studied energy healing at the Psychic Horizons Center and holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute.

Joy believes in the power of simple, accessible techniques that clients can easily incorporate into their daily lives. Whether working on stress reduction, emotional balance, or building healthy boundaries, she offers a supportive, compassionate space for growth and transformation.

When she’s not working with clients, Joy enjoys running up mountains, exploring the outdoors, writing about her adventures, and sharing the joys of laughter and self-care.
